陶瓷材料专用气流粉碎分级机

工作原理：

ZJ系列流化床气流粉碎机是利用多个相对布置的喷嘴形成高速气流，再利用高速气流将物料加速至超音速使其在喷嘴的交汇处互相碰撞，达到超细粉碎的目的。被粉碎物料随上升气流进入分级机分级室，由于分级转子高速旋转，粒子既受到分级转子产生的离心力，又受到气流粘性作用产生的向心力，当粒子受到的离心力大于向心力，即分级粒径以上的粗粒子返回粉碎室继续冲击粉碎，细粒子随气流进旋风分离器、捕集器收集，气体由引风机排出。

ZJ系列流化床气流粉碎机是传统流化床式气流粉碎机、对喷式气流粉碎机、水平式气流粉碎机及其它类型气流粉碎机的更新换代产品，设备主要由粉碎主机、高精涡流分级机、旋风收集器、布袋除尘器、空气压缩机等组成；喷流能的充分利用是该机的最大特点。

Working principle：
